Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process through the plixio.ro website, why, and what rights you have, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

How long we keep data
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: no more than 12 months after the last exchange.
- Contract-related data: for the term of the contract and then as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Server logs: for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
- Analytics data: per the analytics tool's retention settings, no more than 14 months.
Who receives the data
Providers that help us run the website and email (web hosting, email), acting as processors under contracts meeting Art. 28 GDPR. If you accept analytics cookies, usage data reaches Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics); any transfer to the US relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing (Art. 7(3)), including through the . Write to contact@plixio.ro; we reply within one month (Art. 12(3)).
You may also lodge a complaint with Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro) under Art. 77 GDPR.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you.
