Problems it solves
- Online store orders are re-keyed into the ERP.
- Stock levels differ between the website, the ERP and marketplaces.
- Invoices are rejected by RO e-Factura and nobody notices in time.
- Each new application added another fragile, "temporary" link.
What the service includes
Integration audit
We inventory systems, data flows and the points where data is lost or duplicated. You get a map and a priority list.
API integrations
Applications connected through their documented APIs, with authentication, controlled retries and data validation.
RO e-Factura integration
Automatic invoice submission through the ANAF API, response handling and alerts for rejected invoices.
Integration layer
When point-to-point links multiply, we design a central layer that manages and monitors them.
Data synchronization
A defined source of truth for each data type and explicit conflict rules.
Monitoring and alerting
Every integration has logs, metrics and alerts, so a failure shows up in minutes, not at month-end close.
Example solutions
Online store + ERP
Orders, stock, prices and statuses synchronized both ways.
ERP + RO e-Factura
Invoices leave automatically; rejections reach the person who can fix them.
CRM + invoicing
Won deals become orders and invoices without re-entry.
Couriers and logistics
Shipping labels generated automatically, delivery status visible to the customer.
Technologies and standards
Integration starts from what your systems offer. We work independently of your ERP or CRM vendor and document every link. Relevant standards and mechanisms:
How we work
First conversation
We learn the problem, the systems you use and your time and budget constraints, and tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
Analysis and proposal
For larger work, a short discovery: scope, proposed architecture and a phased estimate with risks in plain view.
Phased delivery
We build incrementally with regular demos. Scope changes are discussed and estimated before they are made.
Handover and support
Documentation, training and full access to code and configuration. Then maintenance with clear terms, or in-house takeover.
We start with an integration audit. For each flow we set direction, frequency, source of truth and what happens on failure, then build flows in order of impact.
What you receive
- Map of systems and data flows
- Per-flow specification: fields, rules, errors
- Working integrations with logging
- Monitoring dashboard and alerts
- Error-handling runbook
- Technical documentation
Business benefits
No re-keying
Data is entered once, in the right system.
Visible errors
Problems surface as alerts, not as customer complaints.
Independence
Documented integrations do not lock you into one vendor.
Integration with existing systems
For each link we decide whether data flows one way or both, and which side wins a conflict.
API rate limits, maintenance windows and data formats are checked before anything is built.
Security and maintenance
- Integration credentials live in a secrets store, never in code.
- Least-privilege access for every connector.
- Personal data passed only where the flow needs it.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with our ERP?
If it offers an API or a documented import/export mechanism, yes. The integration audit checks what your system actually allows before any commitment.
What if a system has no API?
We use scheduled, monitored structured imports and exports, flag them as a risk, and propose something more robust when the system allows it.
Doesn't our invoicing software already handle RO e-Factura?
Many do, for invoices issued inside them. Problems start when invoices originate in another system or when rejections reach nobody. That is where integration helps.
Who maintains the integrations?
Our maintenance service or your own team. Documentation and monitoring are designed for either.
